I also feel ripped off by this company and the know what they are doing. This is *** and does not work ! after being forced to pay for it on my credit card of over 400 and some dollars . decided to take the Uber trim and the ingite $89 a bottle each, Since they ship it UPS and you do not have to sign so you can not refuse shipment . so for two months I took it as directed which is not clearly stated , not a pound was lost . I was just trying to loss twenty pounds so I watched what I ate . How can this company get away with the lies

After a careful audit of my cc records, I found this company which billed me for items I never wanted and never received as far back as June 26 (how else would I know they were doing this, I never receive anything from these people). Specifically, two transactions per month, one of uberignite and one of Ubertrim, each for 90/mo, with two more in May and two more in July. What makes anyone think that a normal person orders both products simultaneously, versus some anomalous entity maximizing credit card charges by charging as many things to a credit card as possible? They are attempting to dispute my credit card company (Chase) claiming these are legit transactions. My transaction records show a transaction time of 1 AM and 5 AM with no cardholder verification method, with a POS entry mode of hand keyed. This doesnt strike me as a normal business transaction, and why are you fighting me!

I too was SCAMMED by this company out of $89.97!!! I initially disputed the charge with my bank after fighting and being belittled as well by Sandra P. And after speaking with " the floor supervisor for the day" Douglas B., I was told they can't refund my money even though they have their product back and since I filed a claim with my bank, they can no longer assist me st all. I asked for their physical address to give to my attorney but was only given a PO Box address of the warehouse. Please don't send them ANY of your financial information and please don't order from them...ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Uber Ignite Review

They charged my debit card after I just looked at the site and then decided not to take the item. Transaction again at 1and 2 am. I received the items and just put them up. I did not order nor do I want there product. Called CS and got the run around! Said charging a restocking fee and I would only get 38 back out of the 89. I have to pay Return fee.

OMG I had the same exact thing happen to me. My CC was charged again after I cancelled the first card they charged me on. I called them directly and disputed the charges. They indicated a package was delivered to me which I never received. They insinuated that I was lying. Hello people have you not heard of fraud...however, she tried to tell me there is no such thing. I had to set her straight as I am a CSI and this *** happens all the time just never to me. I don't think this is a legit company or product. Yes I could stand to lose a few pounds....lol...but not this way. Yikes

This company is a SCAM. I never received my package so I called to report that the items were lost and immediately the CSR I was speaking with got defensive and started talking about "agreeing to terms". I was suspicious since I called to simply ask if they had record of a delivery at my address. Once he said this I googled information about uber trim and found out I was just about to be charged almost $90 in less than a week. So I called back to cancel the membership I didn't even realize I had signed up for and was again given the runaround. After fighting with I think a Robert, and after being belittled as if o do not know the difference between USPS versus DHL versus Fedex he told me I cannot cancel my membership. So I had to alert my bank instead and lo and behold they tried to put 2 charges through this weekend while I was out of the country. This is a joke and I hope that other consumers do the research I should've done in the first place.

Out of the blue I was, over time, refunded every single last nickel and dime they took out of my account. They charged under different names and there were so many little charges here and there.

You REALLY have to look at each line item to see where they gaffed you. I'm marking this as "resolved" since they have refunded me, but they are very shady and everyone should stay away.

Sleezy company with extremely sleezy tactics. If you want any of these products, I highly recommend you try it from a reputable source if any reputable sources offers it.

Update: After spending numerous attempts and hours on the phone with them - I've discovered they have charged the following to our account: 12/10 1.97, 12/11 4.97, 12/24 89.97, 12/28 89.97, 1/11 89.97, 91.52, & 3.66, 2/9 89.97, and after spending so much time on the phone with them, today they sucked out 3.67 and 91.64. My head's ready to burst.

I did not know all these charges were from them because they were charged under different names and tele numbers. Sneaky tactics. Total of $557.31.

Thank God I live far away. I'd be in jail.

They get you to buy the free sample, then whack you for $90. Then they keep on sending your bottle after bottle for $90 a month. They won't take returns. When we called Customer Service to return, they directed us to SHIP OUR PRODUCT TO ANOTHER PERSON or POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!!!!! ARE YOU *** KIDDING ME?????? We refused. Still on hold waiting for a manager...and they have hung up on us three times saying they're "transferring". Weirdly enough we keep getting the same CSR every time we call. Must be tiny office. Then they offered us a partial refund to just keep the product and close our "account". NO. Lastly, when they tell you which ones they will accept as a return, they refund you and take $15 per bottle for a restocking fee. There is no MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. AT ALL. BEWARE. Stick to your local Vitamin and Supplement store. Anyone needing Customer Service, they do not put their whole number on their packaging - It is 800-920-****.

I am sorry to hear about your complaints, however, when you sign up for the product it is on the condition that it is a free trial. You have 14 days to try out the product for just the charge of shipping, and if the product works well, you don't have to do anything and you will continue to receive a shipment conveniently every month. The company is of no use to help people who thought they only signed up for a one time free trial. It does not say anything about those "terms" until after you order.

Your company is a joke and a scam. If you are so willing to help us who feel like we who want to loose weight weren't wronged then let us TRY the trial and and before we agree tell us we have to pay 90 after the 14/16/18 day trials you have because you say 14.

Customer service says 16....and your website said 18. So really which is it?????

Offer free trial bottle for shipping cost then two weeks later they charge your card $90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember looking for the "catch" as I ordered and I didn't see it but apparently somewhere in the fine print it tells you about the $90. Even the agent I spoke to agreed they should do a better job of making the terms clear. Said there was only so much they could get on the page and it still good right. My credit card company initially denied the charge and when I called to find out why they said they had concerns about this company. Wanted to be sure I was ordering. When I complained they offered me 25% off future products. Not an ethical company. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FREE TRIAL!!!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVEN EXPERIENCED.

there number is 800.920.3093 They are a joke. They keep sending bottles at $90 a month and when you return it you have to get a return number (RMA) or they won't return it.

And they won't take anything back over 30 days. AND they charge a $15 restocking fee for each bottle. When we tried to return ours, they wanted us to SHIP IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER, NOT RETURN IT TO THE CUSTOMER! We REFUSED!

WHAT THE HECK IS THAT???

Now waiting online for a manager... unbelievable!

I also got duped and hit with false charges (2 $90 charges about 3 weeks after the first bottle. I just notified my credit card company and had the charges removed, but I also had to order a new card with a new cc #. In addition, I experienced unbelievably high blood pressure levels (186/108!!!) and as soon as I stopped taking uber ignite, within a day and a half i was back down to 123/69. bottom line, i recommend not doing business with this company. you will be happier and wealthier.

They sent me a bottle I did not request. Cannot locate a contact number for them online. No contact info. on packing slip. Beware!! I am calling my credit card company now to block any payments to these people. I am 85 and did not order this stuff., All online web addresses take you to a site for "pro Lean" who said they ar not affiliated with uber ignite.
